The pork sausage is made exclusively with pork, its weight is about 30 gr each. and is also available in vacuum packs of 250 gr, 500 gr and 1 kg.
Pork sausage is a product available all year round, it is made directly in Norcia and contains the highest quality of Norcineria products. It is a sausage made with selected parts of the pig, finely chopped and with the addition of spices and natural flavors.
The final product is a specialty to be enjoyed as a snack, as an accompaniment to a meal or even as part of an aperitif.
The pork sausage, made in an artisanal way, is seasoned for a short period but sufficient to give the flavor of Norcia to a product to always carry with you, to be enjoyed in your sandwich or in a mixed platter.
