Creamy cow cheese is a decidedly sweet, soft and creamy caciotta made with pasteurized cow’s milk, rennet and food salt. A product of the local tradition of Norcia, where the pastures allow you to have a sweet cheese and always fresh milk.

The whole form of the caciotta is about 1.2 / 1.5 kg, but it is always an artisanal product, so the weight can vary considerably. Obviously we will send the caciotta closest to the 1.5kg.

Tips for using cream cheese

This type of cheese is absolutely not tasty. It can be perfectly combined with jams and other compotes with a strong flavor in order to make the flavor of the latter product prevail.

For everyday use it also goes perfectly in sandwiches, sandwiches and sandwiches with raw ham and cooked ham.
