The mountain basket is made with many products from various areas of our territory. Each product has a context of different origin, but all represent local specialties.

We start with the pecorino cheese of Amatrice, made according to the tradition of the shepherds, then the salame balls del nonno, a fairly dry salami made with a fine grain; then we find the IGP lentil of Castelluccio di Norcia (a legume known throughout Italy for its cultivation area), the packet of biscuits produced in an artisanal way using recipes handed down by families.

Truffle cheese is a specialty that combines the flavor of a food that has always been made in our mountains with the specialty of truffles found naturally in our woods.
To complete the package we find a salami and a slice of bacon, two products made in an absolutely traditional way and perfect to accompany an appetizer and to complete an excellent first course, such as an Amatriciana pasta.
