The whole truffle is available in 3 versions, in 25 g, 50 g and 100 g versions. The first version is suitable for those who want to prepare a dish for 1 or 2 servings. The second version can be used to prepare two dishes with plenty of truffles or up to 3-4 portions with a small amount of truffle. The 100 g version is the recommended version for those who use it constantly or want to prepare it for a large family.
It is advisable to use, for each preparation, a quantity of truffle per person ranging from 10 to 30 g, depending on the type of preparation. If you want to give a stronger flavor with a smaller amount of truffle you can think of using the truffle flavored oil.
How to use whole truffles in a jar
