Organic jam is a new product of the Norcia area, but at the same time it is traditional. Our land, rich in nutrients and with a moderately rigid climate, has always allowed us to have excellent fruit harvests. Today Spoleto is very famous for its extra virgin olive oil, and in the rest of Umbria the wine has very high quality levels. The tradition of Norcia, as we said, has always seen the creation of jams, compotes and products derived from fruit. Today a new, organic product is available, with a decidedly direct look at nature.

It is available in various flavors and each taste is very different from the others as it is the fruit that gives the product its flavor. In addition to jams, made with oranges, clementines and lemons (the latter two not always in the catalog), a series of compotes and jams are also available.

Specifically we are talking about cherries, strawberries, berries, black cherries, plums and apricots.

All packages are made with the utmost attention to detail and with a slow cooking, in order to maintain all the food properties in the products. There is a minimal addition of sugar, but it is always cane sugar.

The packs are 320 grams and the selling cost is € 7 regardless of the type of product.

What to make with these jams? First of all, excellent and healthy breakfasts. The product goes very well, in the morning breakfast, with a nice slice of bread and a freshly squeezed orange juice or a coffee.
