What can you make with the products of the Christmas taster packs? Lentil goes very well with a winter soup, to be enjoyed calmly at dinner. The mule balls are perfect for an appetizer made as they do in Norcia, with a fine-grained salami and a piece of lard that makes the product tasty and soft.
