The ingredients of the soup recipe

4 large portions

160 gr of broken spew,160 gr of chickpeas,half an onion, half a clove of garlic, a coast of celery, a carrot, a potato, a ladle of tomato, broth just enough and of course the pure saffron of Cascia.
