Devil Beans 500 g

Soak for 12 hours.
Recipe for 4 people.
500 g of beans, 500 g of fresh pork rinds cut into strips, 250 g of peeled tomatoes, celery, onion, carrot, oil, chilli and salt.
Boil the beans, boil the pork rinds and then, in a saucepan, flavor the herbs with all the ingredients except the tomatoes. When the onions are golden, add the tomatoes, boil for 15 minutes and add the pork rinds. Cook for another 20 minutes. Add the beans to the pot and leave to cook for 10 minutes. Serve hot and accompany with toasted bread.
