Agricultural products: Castelluccio PGI lentils, Monteleone di Spoleto PDO spelt, Castelluccio di Norcia roveja, beans, barley, grass peas, and chickpeas.
Umbrian specialties: Strangozzi, sweet or savory Easter pizza with cheese, spices, extra virgin olive oil, ready-made sauces and condiments, Nursia beer, dried porcini mushrooms, Umbrian honey, and a truffle-infused oil dressing.
