the smoked pecorino cheese, in mini version, is a very simple cheese made exclusively with sheep’s milk that is pasteurized and to which very few other ingredients are added such as lactic ferments, rennet and salt.

The smoked semi-cured pecorino cheese is made as tradition dictates, with top quality materials and pasteurized milk, in order to offer the best product without having any kind of disadvantage or deterioration.

The product is sold with a paper wrapper that allows you to offer this product even as a small gift idea.

The mini aged pecorino has a shape of approximately 400 grams and can be perfectly combined with both appetizers and use in the preparation of first courses.

The product, as soon as it is opened, can be soft and therefore also excellent for making a nice “sandwich” with ham, discover the various types of ham available in our ecommerce.
